Glocell is still ****ing with me after 4 years!!!

In 2014/2015 I took out a contract with Glocell with the Promotion they had for the MSC Cruise.

I wasnt even a month into my contract when I noticed my Line was left open when I signed and have a copy of that contract stating I requested a closed (capped) line.

after months of speaking to the manager and consultant, and was assured that this contract would be closed as I was fed up with there service and wanted nothing to do with them. I get told when calling back, the Hillcrest branch is shutting down after just opening, the Manager refused to take my calls after promising me proof of account being closed and revoked.

4/5 years later 2018, I get told that it is sitting on my bureau credit report that owe Glocell over R5000.00?????

What ******* is this! you people have now messed up my credit record which i will have to rebuild and have put me through endless hell! i have wasted thousands of rands in airtime and petrol on your stupid useless managers and company when i was assured it was resolved.

I want this taken of my record immediately and a letter stating so. This is complete bull**** and a *******. I didnt even go on the cruise which was the sole purpose of taking out the contract because you people are full of ****.

I have already spoken to my attorneys and will be taking you people to court if this is not resolved immediately! I have also reported you to the ombudsman and will be seeing this through because i am sick and tired of this ****!
