GloCell is not worth the trouble of supporting

Absolutely horrible experience. They phoned me 18 months ago to extend an old Altech Cellular contract by 12 months. I said that would be ok and they sent me a continuation form 1 pager to sign. Now that I want to cancel they say its a 24 month contract. I went back to the original 1 pager I signed and they left the expiry period blank - thus I said to the consultant that I would like them to go back to the original taped telephone recording. Despite promises to phone me back after talking to Glocell 3 times , nobody has bothered to get back to me. Their service is a disaster even their advertised free customer service line advertised on their website ********** does not actually exist it seems. There is also no client services e-mail address to send through e-mail complaints, Seriously!?
