Glocell Debit Order issues

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Since I got ported over to Glocell from altech autopage , it seems like Glocell cant get the debit order dates right</p> <p>ive logged two tickets for this already and im not recieving any feedback</p> <p>Debit order dat set fo the 1st, debit order only goes of between the 3rd and the 10th</p> <p>I spoke to a rude call centre agent , that gave me the option to set my date to the 15th of pay via eft, she cant help me . I want answers as nothing was communicated to me. The only options availible is get the debit order right or cancel the contract as you cant supply me with the service Altec Autopage gave me</p>
