Glocell Cruise ****
<p>Took a Contract at Glocell and the brochure did say Sign up with Glocell for any 24 month contract and go on a FREE LUXURY CRUISE. Thats to a value of R8000. I have done the registration for the MSC Cruise wen I got my contract signed up the forms and on the 3rd of December 2016 received a message stating We confirm receipt of your Detail Form for the MSC Cruise. Thank you for your patience, we intend accommodating you and will be in touch shortly thanks GloCell. Yesterday I received an email stating that I will get the discount on my contract for R8000, which I do not accept and I know I will not use up and my contract is the top up 50 and that is enough for me. The only reason as to why i took up the contract was to go on the cruise with my husband. So i sugest I get the R8000 cash so I can do the book in for the MSC Cruise myself.</p>

We regret that despite the managing agent’s reassurances that there would have been more than enough capacity of promotional Cruises, it turns out that this has subsequently been depleted and there is nothing that GloCell can do further. We remind that part of the promotional conditions was that this was subject to promotional availability and that if needed GloCell could provide a different reward, hence the R8,000 Discount.
