<p>having taken up a contract for myself and one for my mum and one for my staff I was sorely disappointed when we did not win with one of the 'unique' codes .., we have gone through all the verifications and paperwork each time the story changes ... new smses and new emails .. updating information ... changing cruise dates .. I'm now tired of calling the hotline .... it doesnt work as the line rings ten goes to engaged tone.</p> <p> </p> <p>So disappointing !!!</p>
