Glocell Cruise deal

<p>I took a 24 month contract out with Glocell when they offered the msc sinfonia cruise voucher. I've received my router and within a week my cruise voucher . However I was informed I could only book my cruise as of 01 November 2016. I've been trying the only phone number on my voucher and it stays engaged. Once , only, I got a automated response requesting I hold and was immediately cut off. I'm incredibly frustrated because I need to submit my leave form at work well in advance. I've emailed a request to glocelltlc rewards yesterday morning and am still waiting on a reply. Was the cruise deals just a hoax to attract customers or not?</p>
