GLOCELL CRUISE A **** - PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have spent over R700 on phone calls and SMS's to get clarity on the glocell cruise. The only reason I had taken out a 24 month contract was to qualify for a cruise for myself and my family.</p> <p>Each time I phone, that is if I actually get through to a consultant...The average wait is about 15 minutes....on a lucky day! </p> <p>The consultant will just tell me not to worry and they will contact their Marketing and MSC cruises and come back to me. The Company TLC Marketing have now withdrawn themselves. I have finally gotten through to them, only to find that they are no longer affiliated to the Glocell Cruise.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is pathetic! NO ONE comes back to you....There is stil no clarity...Why is GLOCELL getting away with this...Reading up on the various complaints about this I can only come to the conclusion that this is a ****........</p> <p> </p> <p>UNHAPPY AND IRATE CUSTOMER!</p>
