Glocell complaint

I had a cell phone contract with Autopage cellular, this contract was transferred to Glocel when Autopage gave up the phones section, the contract period was from 10-12-2015 to 10-12-2017, one month before end of contract i notified Glocel of intention to cancel contract, they accepted and sent me a reference number ********** 0 to accept, i paid them what should have been final payment of R207-50 on 15-12-2017, since then they refuse to cancel debit order and keep on deducting amounts of R219-01 ; R286-94 twice and they do not respond to my emails in a manner that can end this nonsense, i have asked them to let me know if they feel my final payment was not enough to end contract, please/ i need to have this debit order cancelled NOW, and get an end to this stupid attitude of theirs.
