<p>I have taken out a cellphone contract with GLOCELL as they were running a promotion that you would get a free cruise - However Glocell does not keep to their end of the bargain. To me this was just a marketing tactic to get new clients - i have done everything as required from the start - Since November i sent through my forms to book - but to no avail- as for their customer care/support line-its useless- now i have been told there is no more cruises and it will get a discount in my subscribtion-i dont even use the airtime currently given, what good is that going to do me - i only took out the contract for the cruise - this is not acceptable!!! I know of people that were contacted for the cruise this week - so how can youl'll still offer them yet i am not even called!!! I want answers and i want the cruise !!!</p>

This promotion was not a **** and in fact GloCell has accommodated over 1,000 subscribers already, plus their families. We regret that despite the managing agent’s reassurances that there would have been more than enough capacity of promotional TLC/MSC Cruises, it turns out that these have subsequently been depleted. Part of the promotional conditions however was that this was subject to promotional availability and that if needed GloCell could provide a different reward, hence the R8,000 Discount. Promotional T&C’s were especially communicated very clearly well in advance and on all advertising material.
