GloCell - Bad bad service

<p>STAY CLEAR OF THIS CELL PROVIDER ... you take the time to give them notice to cancel a 24 month contract well in advance ... they simply did not do it. It now takes you weeks of *****ing for them to FINALLY do it.</p> <p>Then you receive an sms (not a call) that they are now adding extra charges on your contract (they bought us over from Autopage … we had NO say in this).</p> <p>3 months later and 3 months forth of charges and they only reverse one charge … they absolutely DO NOT CARE what you say or what is right. I will from today, go to the papers with all my emails and phone call recordings (my phone records automatically all calls) until all 3 months is credited !!!</p> <p>Lets see how much GloCell likes everyone to see the level of customer service they dish out to the clients … EVERY SINGLE DAY I will put this out on every single media out there until they start listening to me …</p>
