GLOCELL ARE *******, don't give them your banking details!

<p>It seems that once Glocell has your banking details they will take your money whether you've agreed to it or not. So far they've ****** more than R1000 from me and they are making obvious efforts to ***** more.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Cell C contract that I took out with Autopage ended in March this year, which was around the same time Glocell took over Autopage's contracts. I called and stopped my contract in that month, but the direct debit of R280 continued. I drove from Pretoria to Cresta mall and stopped the contract in store and was gaurenteed the money would not be deducted again but it continued. I sent an email to cancel my contract and the debits continued.. I then blocked the debit order from Standard Bank but the SNEAKY GLOCELL changed the amount and reference number so that they could keep *****ing my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now have to reverse the transaction every month, which means shleping into the bank once a month because Glocell lacks integrity. I really regret ever taking this contract out and am on the brink of changing my bank account.</p> <p> </p>
