<p>Trying for three months to purchase data bundles!</p> <p>Told I can only buy on the app or by calling in - when trying on app it say "loading of data bundles on the app in real-time is currently not available. Please contact customer support desk on ********** "</p> <p>Try call this number which is advertised on app and website - its unavailable!</p> <p>Try call them, you hold on forever and even get told what number you are in the queue, when you get through to your chance the call cut out. As for audibility very bad reception, call keeps breaking</p> <p>Try email them, no response</p> <p>And in the meantime....I get charge exhorbitant out of bundle rate!</p> <p>YOU SUCK GLOCELL</p>
