Glocell and TLC MSC Cruise ....HOAX.....***** ????? NEED TO KNOW!!!

<p>I took a contract with Glocell in June 2016 got my MSC cruise voucher which I was very happy about. because the only reason I took out the contract was for the cruise. I phoned in November to book my cruise, as I have been told to do, got my booking form send it back. Got an email back saying that it will take 10 working days. They never came back to me, I am very dissapointed because we all excited to go on the trip but it looks like it's not happening. Feels like I got ****med/cheated, I pay glocell every month religiously............wonder what will happen if i stop paying for my contract??</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned TLC on the number they provide on the contract but no answer, phone glocell and they gave me a different number to phone still nobody's picking up. Today is the last day that you can book, i need to know do i change our preferred date and send a new form???</p> <p> </p> <p>My neice who will be joining us had to take off from school and her mom and dad had to put in a day's leave to get her passport and unabrigged birth certificate sorted which also cost them a pretty penny.</p> <p>My husband, son and I also went through all the trouble to get our passports done before jan, the date we wanted to go. It feels like i have been taken for a fool and even worse I told the rest that we going on a cruise now after all the excitement I must tell them that I DON'T KNOW IF WE STILL GOING!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will somebody please come back to me asap</p> <p> </p> <p>If I don't get feedback in two days i will be forced to take legal action</p> <p> </p> <p>looking forward to your response</p>
