Glocell - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract for over 2 months now. I was given a cancellation quote, but before I could even make payment, my monthly debit order went off. I therefore asked for a revised cancellation quote so that I am not making duplicate payments. I also requested a "invoice" that would show me what exactly the cancellation quote is made up of.... but I have been given NOTHING... Just an email stating the cancellation amount!</p> <p>I was told to wait 30 days, when a new cancellation quote could be generated (I was told I would have a new quote by 23 June). I am STILL waiting for this and no one has been responding to any of my emails!! I will miss the payment once again because the debit order is due to come off in 2 days time!!</p> <p>I have sent over 20 emails to customer support and I have been on the phone too many times to remember!! ALL I WANT IS TO LEAVE GLOCELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have threatened to make a formal complaint.... but clearly no one cares because I didnt get a response to that either!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So Glocell..... as promised.....Here is my formal complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
