Glocell a *******

<p>I normally use 2 Gig/month and when I up-graded my package to an unlimited package where I get 10 Gig of data, I suddenly jumped to more than 10 Gig without doing more on the internet. I work as an estate agent and only use my Data to upload properties on the internet. I don`t watch anything on u tube or rarely go onto face book. My "downloads" are switched off/defered and there is nothing I do that is supposed to take this much data. I don`t do anything different from previous months.<br />Just before the end of July my data jumped over night from 4 to 6 Gig and the again a day later from 6 Gig to over 10 Gig !<br />They are ripping people off and how is the public suppose to know exactly how much data they use ?<br /><br /></p> <p>I don`t know if this is Glocell or Cell C, but one of them is responsible and don`t even try and phone them because when you get to speak to someone, they either cut you off or make a stupid excuse.</p> <p>Beware of taking up a contract with Glocell !</p>
