Glocell - A false fairytale

<p>Having taken out a contract in June with the promises of receiving a free cruise on board the MSC cruiseline (true fairtytale) has turned out to be nothing but a false lie and a true disappointment.</p> <p>We have been mislead by glocell into taking this contract as we were now told that there is no more available bookings and that we now have to settle for a local getaway, which surely is nothing compared to a holiday cruise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot express my utter disgust and disappointment with this cellphone franchise. This franchise should seriously consider closing their doors, as it is just not empty promises but poor call centre service as well.</p> <p>It was on 2 occassions that i timed my calls to them to get feedback on my so called MSC cruise application , and had to wait for more that 45 minutes. i undertsand that many calls are received but im sure that 45min is way to long for someone to hold</p> <p>How can a business run without a proper customer service department?....</p> <p> </p> <p>Glocell truly sucks....and i am seriously considering cancelling my contract....</p> <p> </p> <p>A really disgruntled glocell customer</p> <p> </p>
