<p>I've been struggling to get my phone from these people for months now eventually they gave me a phone they choose now bare in mind that i was using a Samsung A8 it costs 10000 and they adjusted my monthly premiums to suit that payment now a Samsung A5 2017 edition costs 6000 where is my money going because this is a downgrade I demand for my instalments to be reduced too atleast 200 per month not unless they give me a decent phone compared to what they gave me telling me that the amount is still the same because it's in the same price range </p>
