GloCell

<p>I took a contract with Altech Auto page. The contract was transferred to GloCell upon Altech’s closure. I then contacted GloCell when I changed employers and requested that they change the debit order date to the 25th of each month. I visited their store at the Canal Walk (Western Cape) on Frida 26 August and the sales guy contacted the head account department and I was told that the debit order date has been changed and the account was up to date. But came to my surprise when they blocked my phone yesterday (2 September 2016) and I am now told that my account is not up to date. I have been trying to call to call GloCell on the number ( ********** 235) the sales consultant provided to me yesterday but the call automatically hangs up on its own. GloCell is the worst cell phone store I have ever had to deal with! I can’t wait to finish off the contract and cut all ties with them!</p> <p> </p>
