Glocel / TLC Rewards ****
<p>I entered into a cellphone contract with Glocell with a promise of a three day sea cruise worth R8000. When the time came for me to do the booking, I had many excuses and promises from them, but at this stage it is impossible to get throught to their one and only telephone number. The e mail I used to correspond with them are now also according to microsoft outlook "No longer valid"</p>

Our Terms and Conditions clearly stated that, in order to qualify for the Cruise promotion, it was a condition of the contract that your account needed to be up to date.
The promotion is not a ****; many people have already cruised and hundreds of others are booked to cruise.
