Gloceell contract

I had an account wit Glocell that was handed over with no cominication from their side. No im calling and escalating the matter to them for them to tell me where the account is so i can pay it no ones is coming back to . Spoke to Cell c their cannot pick the account. Glocell people are very unprofessional and does not come back to you. Please can this be escalated and someone to call me as i will take this matter up eih ombudsman
