Glo Cell Sucks

I use to have a cell subscription with Altech Autopage Due to internal restructure, I was transferred to Glocell (Cell C) I have tried to contact glocell for: 1. Payment which was made to Altech in April which needs to be transferred to their account. Altech refuses to take calls, transferring me to Glocell. Glocell just does not answer calls - typical waiting period is 30 min plus 2. I need to upgrade - no service. I cannot commit myself to a further contract if I currently do not get ANY Service Still waiting on a response
