Frustrated customer

<p>I signed up a 24 months contract with Glocell the year 2016 on the 1st of May , in order for me to qualify for an MSC Boat Cruise Promotion. And I was informed that I should wait for an sms regarding the winning of the promotion and I did receive the sms stating "Congratulations on your MSC boat promotion , please contact us on the 1st of November 2016 to make your booking" I did call them and they informed that I should select a date when I want to go and wait for 10 days to confirmation bookings. I waited for more than ten days and I decided I should contact them, I was informed that the bookings were full for those specific date I have chosen. I should call them again in January 2017, Glocell will add new dates when I can be able to travel. It's January now, I have been calling since the 1st of January up until now and There is no one picking up, even sent emails still, no one is responding. We were fooled by Glocell and they have ****** us. I will never advice anyone to sign up a contract with Glocell because they don't know the meaning of keeping up with their promises. </p>
