Frustated client due to failure to terminate a contract (poor customer services)

<p>I had an cellphone contract with Altech autopage, then I was immrigated to Glocell after closure of Altech. My contract expired, then requested the termination form on Monday , 2016-July-27, time 08:57 am. Received it and fill it and returned it. I was advised that contract will be terminated within 30 days.</p> <p>After countless phone calls enquiring why my contract is not terminated after 30 days has lasped , I keep on receving e-mails , saying that my termination request is currently in pprocess. I will be advised and notified about completion</p> <p>Received e-mails on Thurday, 2016-09-15, time 10:21 am , apologising for not terminating my contract , but still it was terminated to date .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
