********** Account in my Name

Why is there a ********** Account in my name GLOCELL... In June 2016 started debiting from my Account, it was different amounts every month. I ended up changing my bank account. I've just discovered now when checking my credit record that I am owing Glocell +-8000 I HAVE NEVER OPENED A GLOCELL ACCOUNT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A GLOCELL STORE IN MY LIFE. can I have this sorted out ASAP I cannot have you ruin my record for something that doesn't exist.
