Kindly see itemised bill AP- ********** . Can you please explain what does this mean. This has occured since last year November 2017 till to date and I see this on my monthly statements? SEONE00700" of R56.99 which i dont know and i have queried this with your call centre several times without an help. My monthly bill for this month also has the same SEONE00700 of R56.99 .I do not understand if a company like Glocell can allowed this thing happend to their clients account without protecting their information.If this issue is not resolved i will report it to national consumer act because this is *****.
