***** case

Hi I have been listed on ITC as a bad payer by Glocell due to Identity *****. According to the investigations, 1. I work for Netcare however the delivery was done at the Lithotech premises(why) 2. My original picture was used, did the delivery guy verify if the copy matches the face of that person? 3. My banking details were used however the method of payment is on cash(don't they have a verification department to check those mistakes) By the way, my system access at work will be revoked anytime as I am listed on ITC
