*****!!!!

From when GloCell took over my contract from Autopage I have NEVER received an Invoice or a Statement of any sorts - despite spending months and months phoning every number available, emailing every email address available (not that any work) & posting on social media. I did however pay a thumbsucking amount EVERY MONTH. After one of my posts on Facebook I got a phonecall from a lady - and then received ONE INVOICE which showed an amount one third of what I had been paying. Logic told me that I had surely been overpaying my account -so didn't pay for 3 months in a row. At which point , in August of last year I received an sms to say that my phone will be blocked and the number suspended, Again unable to get hold of anyone - it happened. After spending another month trying to get some or other joy out of GloCell and still no service, I ditched the phone and got myself a new pay as you go sim card. All of a sudden this year I get a "legal" letter telling me that I am owing subscription fees from August last year. Might I mention - my contract expired in May or June prior to my phone being suspended. So HOW can I be expected to pay monthly fees for a service that was suspended and is no longer under contract. Surely this amounts to nothing less than *****. And have just received another letter to say I am being handed over. They have my email address to send letters of this nature but not to send any invoices. This is disgusting, unacceptable and downright ****************!!!!
