Fed up with no service

<p>Yet again, no feedback regarding the booking form and MSC cruise. </p> <p>After posting a Hello Peter review I received a response within hours asking for additional info. </p> <p>As requested I sent all the relevant details privately and surprise surprise nobody bothers to come back to you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Following numerous emails, hours on the phone, a visit to a branch and a social media review, I am STILL waiting for the booking forms. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is it all just smoke and mirrors to hide the fact that you won't be delivering on your stated promises????</p> <p>Or is your customer service really this pathetic? </p> <p>It's honestly unacceptable . </p> <p> </p> <p>Shelley Moore</p> <p> </p>
