Glocell has out falsely (and damagingly) listed an overdue credit account in my name on my TransUnion profile During June 2017.
On 24 April 2016, Glocell made a credit inquiry in my name for which I received an SMS from TransUnion. I personally called them on Phone number ********** 072 (I have the telephone records to prove this) on the very next day to notify them that the application was **********. They confirmed that a ***** block was placed on this attempt to obtain credit in my name.
I have since called their call centre (last week) and they have confirmed that a ***** alert was placed on this attempt at obtaining credit and they confirmed that this attempt was blocked. I also had a protective listing with the SAFPS at this time so no credit could be issued in my name.
Now, more than a year later they're making listings at TransUnion claiming that I have an account in credit with them. I have obtained at least 10 separate credit reports from TransUnion between 23 May 2016 and 10 June 2017 (all on file and available for review) which have no listing from Glocell; since July 2017 they have now surreptitiously added an "overdue" listing in my name which is damaging my credit history inappropriately.
I have no dealings with this company and I never will.
Glocell, you need to sort this out!
