False promotion by Glocell

<p>I bought a contract phone from Glocell and they said I will get a free cruise for 4 people however when I try to book the dates they taking me from pillar to post so please help as I already promised my kids this getaway and now I don't know how I have to tell them that its no longer happening.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
