False promotion by Glocell

<p>I bought a contract phone from Glocell in 2016 and they said I will get a free cruise for 4 people(2 adults and 2 kids under 18). Indeed I got the voucher from Glocell but unfortunately when I contacted MSC to book, their phone was either engaged or not being answered. I then went to the Glocell outlet and they said I must wait until 2017 Jan and then make another booking. When I finally got to speak to MSC they however took me from pillar to post and told me I will have to pay more or they can send me the voucher of which that is not what I got when Glocell were advertising. Either MSC or Glocell is not fulfilling their promise to some of us as other clients did go to the cruise in 2016. So please help as I already promised my kids this getaway and now I don't know how I have to tell them that it’s no longer happening. And had it not been for the cruise I wouldn’t have bought the phone itself.</p> <p> </p>
