FALSE PROMISES AND NOTHING BUT LIES

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that I have now waited 3 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING MY CRUISE!</p> <p> </p> <p>All my documents was completed and sent at the beginning of November!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was promised a 8000 MSC voucher a month ago but received NOTHING.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I took up the package with you for the cruise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had endless problems with glocell namely :</p> <p> </p> <p>1. 3 contracts opened up on my name instead of 1</p> <p> </p> <p>2. ***** done on my ID number (of which I do have proof ) My ID number was used to open a contract for another person</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am promised a cruise or a MSC voucher and received nothing.</p> <p>Other family members have received their cruise bookings</p> <p> </p> <p>KINDLY PROVIDE FEEDBACK URGENTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
