False information/advertising from Glocell

I took a Cell C contract with Glocell at the time of the promotion for a cruise for a family of four. I followed all the steps and received a confirmation email that i will be awarded with the cruise. The email stated that i needed to phone in to the TLC call centre on the 01.11.2016 from 08:30. I had phoned the same number indicated on the email during mid October to verify what was required. I got through to the automatic answering machine and then to a call centre agent. So even if the call centre was overwhelmed with calls I would have still go the automatic machine. On the 01.11.2016 at 08:30 I phoned the same number and the line was dead. there was no automatic answering service. The dead line led me to believe that this whole promotion with Glocell and the cruise was a hoax. Just a marketing ploy. I had tried through out the day, one call after the other just to end up with a dead signal on the other end. This is wrong. You cannot advertise for something and then follow through on your promises. I even sent an email to the address indicated on the confirmation email and till now i have had no response. I took the contract because of the cruise. I have a Cell C contract but no cruise. My family and I were so looking forward to this cruise. I am extremely disappointed and will not trust Glocell or Cell C again.
