False advertising or someone not doing their work...
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Glocell advertised that if you take out a contract the you get a MSC ship cruise free. I gave my paper work in the 13th June and was promised by the manager that I would get the deal. The deal ended the 15th June and its almos 4 weeks later I havent recieved anything to say I got the deal or not. If I dont call them to follow up then nobody calls me back. There are people which I refered to Glocell for the deal, they went after me and got their deal sorted. Worse service ever. </span></p>
