False advertising on free cruise

<p>i am disgusted by the false promoting glocell has been doing to get new clients. i have taken a contract only on the basis of receiving a FREE MSC CRUISE. however that deal has now been changed to recieve r8000 off airtime. this is unacceptable. no where in the voice recording did it state cruise is limited. i was told i will get the cruise. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT really needs to come into place when dealing with this. it is unprofessional and what we call LIES.</p> <p>Management needs to contact me urgently!!!</p>
