False Advertising ,***** ,MSC cruise
<p>I am utterly dissapointed in Glocell, I took out a contract with them for the main purpose of the cruise . it was an amazing deal. i told everyone abou the amazing deal we got. We called and made our booking and received a repsonse that the booking will take about 10 days. we waited patiently putting our full trust in glocell to come through on their promise. We have been planning towards this cruise from the time we took the contract. it was great as our 10 year anniversary was coming up. </p> <p>To our suprise we receive an email stating some **** about R8000 discount, Im not interested in excuses at all, Im disgusted by thier actions, that they would even send out such an email. I will tell everybody about this. </p> <p>I want this sorted immediately. </p> <p> </p>

GloCell was not aware that this was only limited to 1,000 promotional cruises, in fact the managing agent had reassured GloCell that there would have been more than enough capacity. Regrettably it turns out that there were not enough however part of the promotional T&C’s was that this was subject to promotional availability. Also, completion of Registration and Bookings only happened 5 months after the campaign close, seeing that there are no promotional TLC/MSC Cruises left however GloCell has provided for an R8,000 Discount.

Thank you for your response, please note that i dont even make use of the phone that much, the main purpose of this contract is for the cruise. If so then you should have just opened the promotion to the first 1000 clients.
Are you taking this matter further with the managing agent. and kindly please explain the R8000 discount are you going to pay off my contract, so i can just walk away from this terrible service. please dont tell me i get R8000 calls for free.
