False advertising and disappointing service

We took out a contract last year with the MSC Cruise offering, and were successful. we subsequently registered for the cruise withon timelines etc. every time we called to follow up ww were told someone would call us back, we left several messages with no response. we were then advised that our accoubt will be credited with R8000 (which expires next March when the contract expires) the contract is R200 per month. so we would never get the full value. i spoke to Nokuthula on 16 January 2017 (ref ********** 8) to request the R8000 funds to be transferred to my bank account, and she requested this from Marketing. to this date we have not had feedback. the contract was taken out for the cruise, and we will be losing out on that value as we could never use R8000 in calls within a year. to top it off, 3 weeks after we were advised that we would gef that value credited to the account, the debit order was still taken by glocell. i demand a refund of that debit order and the remaining R7800 to be transferred to my accoint as requested, alternatively that value can be issued in a legitimatr MSC voucher so we can go on the cruise as we expected.

Reviewer Update

Good day

I have just spoken to Glocell (ref number ********** 9, Lerato assisted) and I have been advised that my account has been credited with R1000 per month for the next 8 months.

This is against what you have said above, and I mentioned previously the contract price is R200 per month, how am I expected to use R800 per month extra? If I wanted that much value I would have taken a bigger contract out. I have also been in contact with TLC within the last 3 weeks and have been advised that we will be booked on the cruise in April (I have all of this in writing).

I do not want a contract with Glocell anymore as you do not know how to treat customers fairly, and you advertised that we WILL recieve a cruise to the value of R8000 which is why I took the contract out. I do not want to be compensated with R1600 over 8 months as I will NOT be using anymore than that.

I want the contract cancelled and the remaining value to be credited to my bank account.

Regards
