Empty Promises!
<p>I tried calling the entire day today to book the cruise that comes with the contract. The line was constantly engaged!! Eventually when I got through I spoke to Princess who said she will send me the forms to fill out before close of business. I have not received any forms up until now. Do u know how frustrating it is to be promised something and not receive anything after trying for so long. I don't understand how you guys can not be properly geared...I would like urgent feedback from a manager</p>

16 Nov 2016, 20:10So I get confirmation today that this cruise is fully booked. I contact MSC and they confirmed cabins are available. This is a HOAX and u guys **** about this and my lawyer is going to review this. You guys made empty promises and mislead the public into generating more sales !!! I am awaiting a call from the CEO himself and I want a copy of the sales recording when my contract was taken out. You guys cannot work according to the T's and C's that your'll sent now. The initial sale of the contract was telephonic which is the binding contract. I want to be paid out on what the cruise would have costed me!!!
