DONT EVER USE GLOCELL. NO HONOUR OR MORALS
<p>I took a contract with Glocell. with this contract you get a cruise for a family of 4. when the time came to give me the cruise Glocell comes up with excuses. it initially started off when i had to phone in to get a booking form. they did not answer their phones so i wrote a review on hello peter. this got them emailing and letting me know that i will receive a booking form. i got the booking form and sent it to them. i now had to wait for 10 working days for confirmation which is today. they now tell me that the cruise is fully booked. i comp**** with all timelines and information. the best part is that they ****. i receive mails regarding MSC cruises. the cruise that i had chosen is still available today. so how is the cruise fully booked. this is false adverti*****t. they dont even check all media before lying straight out to me. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GLOCELL OR TRUST THEM. i want my cruise for myself and my family.</p>
I have already been in contact with someone on your team. Shevaughn Nankervis. he will provide you with all correspondence. I tried calling Tsheko from TLC more than once and he doesnt answer any calls. i have also emailed him and i am yet to receive a reply.
Is this a general response that you are providing to me. because this was a really big promotion for glocell and you should have all the details at hand.
