Dishonorable Business Practice

<p>I am tired of emailing Glocell with only automated responses from them. See below one of my emails sent regarding the MSC Cruise promotion. After numerous phone calls and assurances that I would still be eligible for the cruise, <em> I signed up only to receive my sim card SEVENTEEN days later, and then be told i was no longer eligible </em></p> <p><em>Subsequent attempts to cancel this contract have been met with even further requests for information from Glocell and then stony silence. Except of course for automated responses saying my mails have been received.</em></p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot accept that. I signed up on 06 June, 2016 and only received my Card on 23/06/2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, it does not take 17 days to send goods via courier – even international courier transport arrives within 4 – 7 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, I was told on signing up that I was still eligible, as long as it could be seen I had signed up on 06/06/2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I specifically asked this question, and it is the only reason I went ahead with the contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your calls are recorded, please check the recording. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please see what can be done to cancel this contract, I have been misled. </p> <p> </p> <p><em> </em></p> <p> </p> <p><em> </em></p>
