Disgusting service makes me sick to my throat!!!!!!!!

<p>I have endless problems with Glocell since last year I have been trying to get help with my contract and still no help its been 5 months and I'm still waiting for answers!! I have emailed the CEO who hasnt even responded to my email the only time you get assistance is when you are taking out a contract either than that you just another number to them!! I put up a limit twice on my account both the consultants had confirmed it has been activated for 3 months the limit did work and on the fourth month my limit had been removed I know my rights has a client and and the consultant I had spoken to did not tell me any T&C's when requested for call recordings the consultant i spoke to put me on hold than dropped the call on me!! Which is very unprofessional to call themselves a trade partner to Cell C. Everytime i call into the call centres i get answers which doesnt answer any of my questions!!! I wanted this sorted out ASAP!!!! I hope this response gets rep**** to because I dont get any response from Glocell directly!!</p>
