Disgusting pathetic service...NEVER sign contracts

I have been wasting my time money and effort; been beyond frustrated with the service of Glocell. For a new Comany what a disgusting start to the networking world. I have lost my minutes in March and to date still haven't been compensated or assisted. I have lodged about 4 complaintS on the website but seems like this upgrade none are visible. How ironic. Abt 2 weeks back was the last I heard from Nokubonga who was "assisting" as they say. Nothing heard from her since. Bets part is they don't even give u a reference number or email to contact them back about ur query. After all these years with Autopage...GLOCELL is going to drive this name through the gutter....till now I can't see any complimentS JUST COMPLAINTS abt them. They might as well just shut down cos doesn't seem anyone is interested In helping the company grow.
