DISGUSTED WITH GLOCELL

Out right incompetence and dissapointment! Glocell has listed me on the Credit Bureau as a poor payer for a lousy R12!!!!! How did this R12 come about???? Apparently when the contract was terminated they delete your banking details, so how is this a customer's problem? They have emailed me advising when the last debit order will go off but then delete your details and so your account remains with a balance and they do not bother to communicate with you???? Then you find out that you cannot apply for anything because you have been listed by GLOCELL for a ****** R12??????? An amount that could of been written off as a "small balance" or communicated to me that I am required to pay it or else it would affect my credit score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the incompetence that we have to deal with. My reputation that has been degraded is what ****es me off. I want answers and want this sorted out now! Pathetic!
