Dirty Lying Dogs
<p>I have a R99 contract with these DOGS I phoned countless times to put a cap on it, they explained that they can only put a R50 CAP which i accepted. however I have to pay R652 because. i spoke to Masechaba who then says, sometimes the cap works and it sometimes doesnt. What kind of service are you people offering. she then told me that she will take it up with the Cell C. i am still awaiting feedback</p>
