DEBIT ORDERS AFTER CONTRACT END

I had a contract with Nashua Mobile which changed to Autopage and then to Glocell. The contract ended on the 26 March 2018 and they still deducted 3 months debit orders afterwards. I only unfortunately noticed this in June of which that debit order my bank managed to reverse. Surely big companies should manage contracts better????
