Debit order still going off!!

<p>Dear Glocell,</p> <p> </p> <p>After having spent weeks, literally weeks trying to get one of my contracts switched to prepaid I succeeded. Yet now I see that a the debit order went off again in May. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE? </p> <p> </p> <p>The *** is now prepaid yet I was still charged for it in May.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me on *** and FIX THIS!!!!</p>
