<p>I signed up for a R99 5GB data contract (Cell C) with glocell in May this year. After paying a bill of R2800 in a month for not stipulating a cap on my data....I called in July to ensure that this never happened again. I spoke to an operator and stated that I wanted a cap of R50- so my total billing would never exceed R150. I was given a reference number ********** 4...with the operator (Karenyn) ensuring me that everything was sorted. Now I check my August bill and I see a total charge R331??? Phoned the call center now, operator tells me I have to check my data every month even though I stipulated a cap on my data... reference number ********** 5-Philisity Danny. What the hell is going on at Glocell? Whats the point of having a cap when you have to call in every month or check your data. This is insane. Still waiting for a manager to call me...... I am not going to pay anything until they sort their **** out. Already spoke to my lawyer and will take the legal route if this is not addressed. </p>
