data bundles charged but not loaded
<p>I loaded data bundles to avoid excessive out of bundle rates just to be cut-off and find out that the bundles were not activated. Charged on my account but not activated. The consultant has to manually calculate the error which will only be corrected as a credit in up to 14 days. I will be charged for the data bundles and the out of bundle data usage. My account cannot be activated unless I increase my limit, which I technically did not exceed. </p>
Subsequently the consultant claims that the fact that the data bundles failed are my fault, they will reverse the data bundle fees but will charge me out of bundle rates. Why would I have continued to use data out of bundle?

So the out of bundle rates were reversed. No communication about it, but the system appears to have been updated. Thanks
