Customer service not available when you call.

This is a good and a bad review

Bad Can Glocell please improve their call centre's customer service, I cannot get through to them in any way.

I struggled to contact them ever since I moved from Altech autopage.

Good The call centre is not all bad. I would like to thank the call centre for updating me on the out of stock update for the delay in my phone delivery.

Non call centre customer service I would also like to thank one of the stores that could look on the system for me over the phone on why my bill was slightly increased (yearly increase) which is understandable and when they will deliver my phone- they even had a delivery date.

The service is not so bad once you get a hold of them.

1 star for the bad 4 stars for the good
