Cruise to nowhere or NOWHERE TO CRUISE

<p>I took out this contract last year being promised to go on a cruise. I comp**** with all documentation every time you required me to and never received anything from you guys. Whenever I tried to call your call centre, I had to hold for almost an hour where after you guys played pass the buck or in some cases the line would just die. I have been disgusted with the service rendered to me. The only reason I took out the contract was for the cruise which never happened. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!</p>
